It took years of movement, meditation and one-on-one facilitation practice before I could support myself in identifying exactly what I was truly believing, what my perceived payoff was for holding on to the belief, and how the thought/belief shaped and colored my world.
The outcome of this journey was this Thought Adjustment Process.
Through the thought adjustment process, I am able to lead participants through a deep self-inquiry process to determine the genuine, often unconscious beliefs you hold about yourself and the world.
Together, we create a belief map to demonstrate how these beliefs have shaped your current world. These limiting beliefs once identified and acknowledged as fundamentally untrue are then let go and replaced with truer, kinder beliefs that support you in resonating as your highest, loving, most authentic self.
