I made an easy to use six-week email course with videos, yoga sequences, and laughs that will take you from blah - i-hate- my job- what's- next -- to BAM! I am progressing towards my fabulous life with rocket fuel (& Having FUN!)

1. First, we will really define your dream - which means, we'll let go of others expectations of you and work through your fears.

2. I know you're busy, so we're going to play around with what time works for you to progress towards your goal. We also do some deep work to start talking back to the limiting voice that holds you back.

3. Once we've found the magic sliver of time that works for you, we commit to the time that worked best - and take massive action.

4. As your progress, in week four, we declutter the things that are in the way - in fact, we do a 7-day 'Declutter Diet' to get rid of physical and mental baggage in all areas of your life.

5. In week five, we start to take even more action towards making your dream a reality, and we begin to combat the fears that come up around change - this is a rest & digest week.

6. Once we've really outlined your progress and upcoming weeks steps --- we Go all in and celebrate.
